Food hot & tasty, staff very pleasant. Only disappointment was when we wanted a table where we could keep an eye on the dog in the car, and all the free tables on that side were dirty. The place was not particularly busy, so someone should have been available to wipe used tables.Food: 5/5
Been to several McDonald's over the years, but this one is probably the best. I've always found parking to be easy, the carpark and restaurant are always clean and most importantly the food is always hot and the order is correct. Been to so many where when you place a large order, some items are cold or missing.Food: 5/5
Even though it was really busy and the drive through was packed, the service and staff were great! We ate in and used table service, the food arrived quickly and was hot. As soon as we left we saw the staff immediately clean the table. Probably the best overall service at a macdonalds.
The staff forgot items in our order on the drive thru. Called them up to say and they said they will have to collect them so we did and by then our meals were cold. When we tried to explain the situation, the member of staff was very rude and said it is the way it is and that is it. Very poor attitude and service and would advices using another outlet
Chicken mayo was chewy Big mac meal was awful with dry patties and the chips weren't cooked. Kept me waiting 12 minutes before it came. Must have been training night as this was worst takeaway EVER!! Strawberry milkshake was lovely as was the caramel mcflurry.
Given the wrong order. Asked for a chicken nugget happy meal and plain cheese burger. Recieved a hamburger happy meal and cheese burger, neither of which plain so my child wouldn’t eat any of it. Waste of money
The McDonald’s is nicely located along the motor way. They have designed the building to a good standard and with colours. Big windows to see how busy or not busy it is. The drive through could have been designed better to be honest, for my liking. There is plenty of parking and it’s always quicker to order in store than drive through
They got the order spot on, the food was fresh and hot and quickly prepared, the service was very good. Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian/vegan options
Been here a few times over the years, normally on the way to Norwich. The car park area has recently been refurbished so it's much safer and easier to follow than before. The staff are always friendly and the place is clean. The only slight downside is the outside playpark has been closed since Covid began and I think it could probably open now...but at least I don't have to drag them away from it and just leave once the food is gobbled up!
