Really poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through queue because of ordering issues. Which we were okay with as we were already stuck in the queue. We were then given half cups of cold toffee lattes without cream and toffee and cold chips without salt. Our first and last time using this mcdonalds. See pictures.
is that the kind of service they give? the salad is disgusting…and we don’t talk about the large fries being half full.
Is this the way to treat peoples food! No pride, disgraceful. Also where’s the rest of the muffin are they shrinking?

Poor service. 20+ minute wait. This is not fast and not food. Seriously avoid this hole. Git the pizza or chip shop opposite. I wish I had. Never go!!! My table had not been cleared for me to eat. Machine did not print a receipt for my reference number. I saw it on screen but the person after did not. The info screen about what is being prepared and collected was not for customer info. The person behind said they worked for maccys before and explained it but it had nothing and I mean nothing for customer info. Order 15, 16 and 28 was on screen all the time I was waiting my number 42 was in the prepared and then disappeared completely. Did not appeared in the collect column on the screen. No idea what they playing at.
Ordered through Just Eat the other week at work, food arrived in a few minutes as I'm not too far away. Accidentally ordered large meal instead of medium but just about managed it. Large drink and fries are massive. Only shame is although fast, the fries were already very cold. A few were slightly warm but not many. Not sure if they were put near the drink although they were in two separate bags or if they were just cold when the driver got them. Chicken legend was very nice and coke zero though. Hoping if I order again or go in the fries are warm though.
Was very hungry after a fasting blood test, the first sausage muffin was all loose and not wrapped properly, even the cheese was separated with the egg bits in the wrapper, I took it back and she replaced it, the second one had loads of grease in it, I was too hungry to complain so I ate it, and took the packaging with tissue soaked with grease back to show the lady, she said! You should have bought it back for replacement until you was happy with it, then saying you should ask for a burger without butter, I explained I been having McDonald’s breakfast on and off for over 30 years and never been given the option. She could have apologised instead was So arrogant.I wasn’t after anything free, just an apology.
It all tasted warmed up I ordered at 1:11 and it tasted like left over food in the day warmed up chips and chicken nuggets tasted like rubber was vile. I asked for no ice in my Coke Zero and they put ice in it. The chicken was that rubbery the cats wouldn’t even it. 20 chicken nuggets didn’t even come with the 4 bbq sauce came with 1.
Driven through, I feel that les and les is available of the classic/standard menu items. I am happy with the taste and food quality for the price, however I give them 3/5 stars as my order is frequently missing items!Recommended dishesCup of Coffee, Big Mac
absolutely fantastic polite individuals in the kitchen and 'front of house'. When I realised that i was missing some chips i went in to speak to a member of staff. i was approached by this amazing member of staff that was just going on break and he offered to get me my chips after checking my receipt. He was a ginger feller with glasses about 6ft tall. i think his name was carl. he was soo kind to go out of his way on his break to help me brilliant service~!!!
