Meat fried rice, chips, salt and pepper chicken and chips, curry sauce, and veg chow mein. Everything tasted good. Rice tasted very nice. Chips portion was not all that, but when are they? The noodles were very nice and probablyb the best I have ever had
I never actually ate here but I made an order through Just Eat, long story short I ordered for collection but didn't realise it was so far away. When I phoned the restaurant the staff were absolutely lovely and very understanding. They then cancelled my order with a full refund as Just Eat would not help me! So thank you again. I wish I had the lovely lady my partner spoke to on the phone and the managers name so i could show my gratitude to them directly. Thank you so much!
Albeit the food is good and I have never had any problems until yesterday! Placed my order on just eat for me and my family, had the wrong items delivered, i rang the restaurant straight away and was told to wait half an hour for the right food to be delivered to us, no one turned up, and I can’t get a refund Will not be ordering from here again given nobody bothered to come and correct the issue although we were told otherwise!
You have done me over good and propper. Cancel my order and I don't get refunded till 3-5 days the only money I had and the only way I could eat tonight now I have to sit and eat nothing!! The past few orders iv made have been terrible. Was regular customers but not after today! You repulse me!!
Would not recommend. Chips were undercooked, rice was chewy and dry and didn't taste nice, curry sauce was very sweet and bland
THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BUT DID NOT INFORM CUSTOMERS WORST SAUCES EVER DISCUSTING! THE CURRY SAUCE HAS CHANGED INTO THE CHEAP CURRY SAUCE YOU GET FROM SUPERMARKETS…. DISAPPOINTED IT WAS NEVER DISCOLSED….
35.30 for food we did not eat it had no flavour at all the sweet and sour sauce was like vinegar so all went in the bin will not be going back
Always come to lotus blossom for our Chinese takeaway, their food is lovely and not too greasy. They are happy to deal with requests and food is always tasty and cooked quickly. Highly recommend
We have always rated the food from here, but unfortunately, the last two times we ordered food, there was far to much spice in the dishes that we have previously enjoyed, so much so that we could not finish them. Shame, but we will look elsewhere from now on
We haven't used anywhere else for chinese food in the past 8+ years. The food is always amazing, arrives hot and quickly if we have it delivered, and our order has never once been wrong.
