Went in at 4am only 1 other customer sat in eating. The place was like a land fill site. Bins over flowing ketchup exploded on the floor tables messy. Hate to see how dirty the kitchen is where my food is being prepared. Staff singing in the back having a laugh all for it but when it looks like this it should be cleaned. For a McDonald's I'm pretty disappointed the shift manager has let it slip to this standard and also the staff. In fairness I saw one staff member mopping behind the counter. Very polite customer service only good point about this McDonald's
It's rarely a positive experience coming here. This morning I ordered a large hot chocolate, then found it was a normal size in a large cup. To add insult to injury, it's also too watery to enjoy.
Standard MackyD breakfast. Enjoyed it. Good service. Driving in is difficult, mainly because the car drivers don't look at what they're doing, blocking other business entrances etc. McDonalds should police this.....
Clean and nice McDonalds, was very busy when we went so the staff did well to serve and deliver affected service. But, drinks weren’t filled all the way which did affect the experience a little.Recommended dishesQuarter Pounder, Big Mac
Ordered a salad box with grilled chicken and bacon...got back to the car parked up the roadto eat it and it only had salad in it!! Took it back... New box had crispby chicken and cold bacon!! Gave up in the end as needed to get back to work!!
Not welcoming to multicultural families, and the bins were so full when I tried to clean our table and put our rubbish in the bin, it all fell on the floor and a male staff member was shaking his head and frowning at me,, then proceeded to engage me in a fake convo lol,, was also told next time my kids Toddler scooters would not be allowed in? Also the Staff members bought our food £39 to our table in complete silence, very weird behaviour.
Slowest drive through ever at 11pm. Duty manager and staff couldn't care less and were rude when I suggested informing customers in advance. Awful service, awful food.
Second time I’ve been to this Mac d’s . First time drive through was blocked for whatever reason. Second time queue for ages and get told when ordering no card payments at drive through only inside. I’m off to burger kind next door, a lot more proficient and no silly errors like this Mac Donald’s . Def not coming back to this Mac Donald’s, always some sort of issue they have.
It's a McDonald's. When I visited it was not busy and I was served straight away by a friendly member of staff. Order was accurate. Food was warm and tasty. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Extremely convenient location just off A46 to stop for something to eat and drink. Has drive through and parking.
Suppose to be fast food chain and drive through when every single time you get told to wait in a parking bay and it would be same time as you can get a delivery faster from a local takeaway. Vegetarian options: Yes some vegetarian food
