Went in at 4am only 1 other customer sat in eating. The place was like a land fill site. Bins over flowing ketchup exploded on the floor tables messy. Hate to see how dirty the kitchen is where my food is being prepared. Staff singing in the back having a laugh all for it but when it looks like this it should be cleaned. For a McDonald's I'm pretty disappointed the shift manager has let it slip to this standard and also the staff. In fairness I saw one staff member mopping behind the counter. Very polite customer service only good point about this McDonald's
Ordered a salad box with grilled chicken and bacon...got back to the car parked up the roadto eat it and it only had salad in it!! Took it back... New box had crispby chicken and cold bacon!! Gave up in the end as needed to get back to work!!
Stopped for a quick snack, went to the driver through, ordered a wrap of the day, but none were available so had to park up. The parking bay I was assigned was full and there appeared to be at least 5 cars waiting, food took about 5 minutes. Not a nice place to wait teenages smoking drugs out front of the restaurant. Food itself was not great, wrap was greasy and not folded at bottom so didn't hold contents.
Place is dangerous to access and navigate in both a car but also on foot. Very clean and tidy with friendly floor staff. Food was cold, poorly constructed burger which looked like it had been thrown around before being served. XL fries was not even filled to the bottom of the curved face of the box or loose in the bag. Hot drink was still warm when finally served with it after watching it on the side for five minutes while the burger was thrown together. McDonald's has lost its standard's which used to justify the pricey cost of the food. Parking: Parking is a nightmare due to the drive through lanes and the traffic build up. Dangerous for pedestrians to navigate. Not really an access path for the entrance or safe area to walk around the car park.
It's rarely a positive experience coming here. This morning I ordered a large hot chocolate, then found it was a normal size in a large cup. To add insult to injury, it's also too watery to enjoy.
Good tool 20 min to come out to us, the initial order the person who served us on the drive through was so rude, When the food came out it was cold, no dips with the order and the hot chocolate I ordered was only half a cup, Shocking service and such bad attitude from staff. I know it’s only macdonalds but people work hard to buy these treats and employees don’t get bad pay to have service like that.
Very popular restaurant. Near many main roads. At certain times of the day I personally would try to avoid this place. Parking is very, very limited. Queueing at the drive through at various times has to be undertaken with care, as this place is on the edge of a housing estate and next to a Premier Inn and Beefeater restaurant. Carpark fairly clean and tidy. Service inside at busy times can be appalling. Staff are rude, abrupt, offhand with their comments. Little to no explanation for delays, which can be extensive. Very rarely an apology either. Vegetarian options: Quite a lot of choice and there are vegan options too. Kid-friendliness: Kid seating, colouring and the obligatory happy meals. Plus even though the carpark is miniscule, there is parent and child parking. Parking: Very few spaces and some of these are used by staff. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking spaces, store access and disabled toilets.
Certainly not the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. I know it was raining hard, but the roof was leaking in places. My granddaughters coat got very well over the back of the seat where the rain was dripping in. Toilets were dirty, and not all the locks worked. Was missing a drink from my order when I asked about it i got given another one, but not a single word was spoken it would have been nice to have an apology . Poor service
Good burger but milk shake lacked any chocolate flavouring. Crew member stated that it did not look right but did not offer to check amd change it. Was too busy to go in, so disappointed.
50/50 chance of getting a milkshake which is my favourite if the machine is working. Food is nothing to shout about and they need to get more staff on the drive thru, most times I visit there's a queue of traffic going onto the road and beyond waiting for the drive thru.Food: 3/5
