Went here at 7:30am, cleaning lady was very pleasant saying good morning and having a quick chat about the weather. Lots of seating, toilets are clean and tidy. Lots of parking with spaces for disabled persons too. Staff very friendly and well mannered. Drive-through is 24 hours.
Food was sat on the counter and cold by the time we received it. I told them the fries were cold whilst at the counter and they replaced them. No sauce came with the nuggets so I had to go back to the counter. Sat down to eat the food which wasn't very warm at all and my coffee was also only warm, by this time I couldn't be bothered going back to say anything so just left it.
came the other day, front staff were stood around doing nothing while i was waiting ages for my order to be packed. i could see it had already been made but the person on front was too busy chatting with other colegues than pack peoples orders, all customers were getting agitated. went back again today through drive through, only to get home and realise half my order is missing so now half my family is left without their tea. food is pretty cold a lot of the time too
Felt like the invisible man at the counter. No eye contact or acknowledgement from the staff who only seemed interested in serving at the hatch. My patience ran out in the end and I spoke up for myself to get some attention. Next time it will be KFC next door. Fast food outlet seems a contradiction after my experience.Food: 3/5
My son raves about this place and experienced for first time this weekend. My god the service is shocking - just taken nearly 15 mins for drive through food. And the girl on the headset wa super rude
Really needs work. You’ll have to wait for 20+ minutes in the drive through, and even if it’s not busy you’ll be waiting for staff to take your order. Good luck getting a milkshake, McFlurry or hot chocolate! Never stocked. When the food finally arrives - after you’ve been parked up waiting for a further 45 minutes - it’s cold and soggy!
Went through drive through and ordered a burger meal with no relish but just ketchup and they repeated order back and served me one with relish/ salad which I don't eat but I only knew once I drove round to car park to eat and then had to go into a longer queue to explain and was looked at and talked to by the same female who could not even recognise my face and order from 5 mins ago and questioned why I fetched meal back and asked me if I was sure I didn't eat relish...???????? And could not really understand ????? And neither can I and that is why I have made a 1 star comment.
It is what it is but there always seems to be a massive wait when you go the drive through. Then they get your order wrong when they come out to the car. When your in a hurry you don't have time to wait for them to resolve it. Was ten mins in the first place. It's not always like this but happened twice now.Food: 4/5
Needs new management, and still really really busy..... I'm all for thriving business, but with all the just eat etc, drive though and walk ins the facility and staff can't handle it in a reasonable timescale.... I can do a family spaghetti bolognese for 6 in that time. It doesn't seem like convenience food anymore.Food: 1/5
Tried to order on the app, ordered on in-store board but didn't get a receipt as there was no paper, sat in and waited 20 minutes without any interaction from staff, went to see where the order was but it didn't appear in any of the lists, member of staff could not find it and reported it to the supervisor, it eventually turned up and then everything else was fine tho there was no apology.
