How hard is it to read a KMS screen Orders are 90% wrong the majority of the time. High volume kitchen but piss easy ingredients If you have allergies, lactose inolerance or any other basic dietary requirements, these guys can't read, so don't order.
Not sure why but simple instructions are totally ignored. Once is a mistake, 20 times is just ridiculous. Wouldn’t mind but it costs me a quid every time it happens! Just don’t bother ordering online because the delivery service won’t do anything and McDonald’s ask you to complaint to the delivery service when it’s there fault. To the manager who assured me this was a one off it’s happened multiple times and your hash browns have started smelling of fish and stale so I can assure you you’re not doing anything about it. I’d give it one star if the staff weren’t so friendly but whoever is managing this store does not give one shiny sh*te!
What a joke! Food cold again on delivery and items missing. Is it so hard to follow an order!! As for the restaurant even bigger joke no order all chaotic, guy refused to open disabled toilet for my elderly mum. Constant stream of people going back as items missing. Delivery drivers walk in barge past with no manners. Only good thing is the lad named Mathew so polite all the time. Oh and review below is by a staff member very professional…. Not.
I ordered wrap of the day thinking it would be swift to collect. Quite busy at time of ordering. Ended up not being fast food at all. Took over 20 minutes. The screens never work when busy. System reliant on shouting numbers out and customers hearing....could becso much better. The screens are a failure of mcdonalds success..... Muddle through when busy. I'm going to avoid mcdonalds at all costs. I'd have been better waiting for a table at weatherspoons with table service.
Second time it’s happened order my kids a happy meal for a treat last time didn’t get the drinks which didn’t bother me but this time I only got toys and fries no burgers so I had to throw something in the oven for them both
Absolutely diabolical! Me and my kid went here to get something as we were starving from all the walking we had done until a girl with blonde hair started to play an audio repeatind "Death To America'. I told her to stop but she just proceeded to continue. Do not recommend as the people are rude here.
They make it extremely difficult to add another patty to the mcplant. Every time, the people taking the order act very confused and bewildered by such a simple task. Meat eaters get double cheeseburgers so why can't vegans/veggies get the same without it being such a hassle? You really should be able to choose to add an extra patty on the order board thing in this day and age. This time when asking for a double, they literally charged us the price of a whole mcplant just for another patty when it's usually a quid which is so dumb. Not impressed
Drove all the way home from Harrogate town Mac Donald’s to find order was wrong and of all things kids meal missing !!! Argh !!!! Rang and spoke to Becky and she was so lovely and apologetic and sorted out the mistake immediately! Mistakes happen especially in busy places but the customer service was spot on Thankyou ! ordered a deluxe hot chocolate to get a watery no cream or chocolate powder mess, tasted of water Horrid. Waste of money, food was terribly made too.
Ate upstairs and most of the tables were filthy. One member of staff sweeping the floor as slow as possible and obviously didn't want to be there. But no attention to wiping tables down for customers. Very grimey and wouldnt go back.
