Absolutely superb kebabs last night and ordered curry for night! Food is always great and staff are friendly and helpful. Got my vouchers to use up in the New year.  Parking: Always managed to get parked

Usually very good, food is always the same good quality. But delivery driver has recently started asking for extra. Never been asked for previously and then told us to order earlier.

I fully recommend this establishment. The Seekh, Chicken Tikka and Doner Kebab I had was made with the freshest ingredients and extremely tasty. Their staff are also extremely friendly and very customer driven. Adams Balti is definitely worth a visit.

Ordered an hour ago through just eat, order was cancelled and when I contacted it was because they didn’t want to deliver this far unless I ordered direct through them and paid more. Why are you even on just eat at this radius if you just won’t deliver here? Could’ve cancelled it sooner than an hour too, awful service

Used to be brilliant tonight is the last time will be order from them. Got my pizza wrong last order. Was told a free pizza would be added to my order. Ring up this evening to make a new order ask if instead of a new pizza they will deduct the price difference and total will be £3. They agree order arrives total is £9 and they can't do anything else. Absolutely disgusting customer service they couldn't care less about regular customers !! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Called to order, was told no kebab available and was told to call back after I've decided what else I wanted. Literally rang within 30 seconds of hanging up to have my call declined several times and my online orders declined. Not only that but I also noticed they want to charge £5 delivery for a 2 mile journey! Absolute scam

terrible customer service. ordered food, due to be delivered after 40mins, called them just after an hour to enquire, said will be another 10minutes, called again after 3/4 of an hour, told it would be another 10minutes!! finally turned up 2 hours after the order was placed! extremely rude deliveroo driver, said it wasn’t his problem, sort it with the company. requested Adams for a refund which was refused! definitely won’t be using again.

£19 for 2 kebabs and one chips and it wasn’t. Nice  at all went in the bin

Hi here I visited Adams Balti in Harrogate. I ordered the special mix nan and the staff were outstanding and very attentive to me and my colleague. The nan bread was done to perfection with fresh salad which was obviously prepared that evening. I was surprised on how good the Seekh kebab tasted ..excellent,  the chicken and donner meat wasn't kept in steam tins like it is in most kebab houses we've visited in the past . It was fresh , no grease and the whole ingredients within the kebab complimented each other well 5/5 lads well done

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, ordered a family box via just eat only for the guy to ring up and tell me I have to pay an extra £6 delivery on top of what I had already paid. They were rude and unprofessional. Won't be ordering again.
