Vehicle too large for drive through, was told by the manager to have my breakfast at home....great customer service
The boss pre-ordered 15 happy meals for work the night before over the phone, was told to be there 11.15 am for pick up, not ready and did not have order written down, when I went for the meals and asked for them every member of staff looked horrified. Very disappointed
Half filled chips, ice cold burgers. Seem to focus on getting food out than quality.
Busy with everyone queuing for the drive through.... not really there fault but they could have made the process a bit quicker by having both drive through order points open... which maybe they couldn't with running on less staff for social distancing
Messed up a simple order by missing out food, had to return so my meal could be fixed. Management were super and replaced the missed food with fresh items. but the other food that we order was cold by the time we came to eat them.
Ordered items from here and there is always something missing! Reported this on Uber and it just instantly refunds you then you have to wait 3-10 working days for your money to be returned! Didn't send sauces too! Bad service!
