It's the only one anywhere close and KFC what else would you expect? low quality rapid food. Used the drive through and was handed a nicely presented food parcel. Parked up to eat and no condiments, salt, wipes, tissue. The fries are never correct and the whole meal just about meets 'OK' standards. The new paper straws are disappointing too.... Mine collapsed because it was wet! and ended up tipping the pop into a proper glass. Even though iv only rated a 3 star. KFC is still one of the best places to get take out in Runcorn.
Worst place ever. 1 star is too much. They never have chicken and their technology is usually broken. They put a sign on the ordering podium to say they were having technical issues. We waited for someone to speak, no-one did so we drove along to the window. The lad asked "what can I do for you?". We said we wanted to order to which he said *you can't do that here". I stated that we had waited at the podium for someone to speak but no-one did. The lad responded with "yeah? Because I was busy". So rude! The staff need training on attitude and customer service.
Really enjoy KFC restaurants all over UK but that particular one seems to not put much quality in products they serving. The staff do not read an order properly serving take away when should be eat in, twisters are filled half without any sauce and they behave like someone would force them to work there. Worst KFC I've been to. Staff are completely clueless, and don't know how to work there own system. No customer service skills whatsoever. Told that you can't have the offer because there scanner isn't working, if thats the case, then just manually discount and print receipt. No brain cells between any of them. Shame, because I certainly love my fried chicken.
Called at drivethrew at around 8.30pm on Saturday night, ordered boneless meal for one, 2 mini fillet burgers and a portion of 6 hot wings. The boneless meal for one went in the bin as the chicken was dry, overcooked and looked like it had been on hotplate all day and there were about 10 soggy chips in the bag. The hot wings were also dry and had also been sat around for far too long. The only decent bit was the 2 mini fillet burgers. So it was an expensive 16mile round trip and around £17 for tea to only eat a mini fillet burger each. Put us off returning.
I've been to a number of KFCs and this was the worst I've ever visited. The service was fairly slow, but I sort of expect this, as they are generally staffed by youngsters who have very little motivation. While waiting, my young son decided he needed to use the toilet. The floor was covered with a lake of milkshake, and the toilet in the cubicle looked like it had been stood on by someone in muddy shoes. There was a sign saying that the toilets were regularly checked, but I doubted the honesty of the notice. Anyway, we got our food and it was disappointing. The tubs of beans and gravy were all only half full, and the chips and the chicken were all overcooked, and not just a little. The chips were like bullets and the chicken was very dry. It seemed to be a place to hang out for the local teenagers, who were incapable of clearing their tables, and left the inside of the restaurant in a state.
Really disappointed! Bought a party bucket for dinner and were served it in under a minute. Not surprised all food was stale and cold. Ruined dinner most of it went in the bin. Think we are done with KFC.
Went in 12.30 lunchtime, queue of fed up punters to the door, used the toilet, door lock broken, no paper,though id try the drive thru lady was changing the till then asked me to come inside instead. I declined and went to mcdonalds. Excrementally poor.
Absolutely sh**e, second time I have ordered via uber. Majority of order missing on both occasions, although charged for all items £10 plus missing items. Thought I would give a second chance but will never order again, either via uber or in person. Poor staff, poor management either or. I had to give one star review just so I could post a review, not worthy of that either
I just wanted to say thank you to Naomi and Leah for always working so hard to get all the deliveries and instore orders made as fast as possible and keeeping calm as they work their socks off. Hope they are appreciated more by colleagues and customers.
