Bad service. Staff not practising hygienic surrounding. Staff masks not being worn correctly. And most of all 2 women staff members laughing and touching up each other then handling food. My experience today was shocking and very disappointing.

Very clean place, quick service and very friendly team! They are always so busy there but still smiling and make you feel welcome
Ordered chicken nuggets and katsu chicken nuggets via Uber eats app. Both were cold and the katsu chicken nuggets were stale and chewy

This is an ok restaurant, but the upstairs is always closed due to ?! activity and being in London attracts homeless people and timewasters
Nice place good staff lovely food
I love that it's open 24 hours. And i love that i feel very comfortable going there on my own because so many other people do the same. Also i love the upstairs floor.. so shining.. i like how all the store feels open with all those big windows. I love it
