It was a scorcher of a day and wanted a cold Coke Zero. The ice I asked to be removed was still there. Second time this has happened in 2 visits. It's not super annoying. But my teeth tell me differently. I don't use a straw, so ice and old teeth don't match. Vegetarian options: Yes. Dietary restrictions: You can always find out what you need to know goes in by asking for help. Parking: Limited. But other parking very close by. Kid-friendliness: Always. It's a McDonalds. Wheelchair accessibility: Always with McDonalds. Never an issue.
Very disappointed didn't have what I wanted so ordered triple cheese burger fries. Fries were cold burger looked disgustingFood: 1/5

I went through the drive through purchasing 5 meals totalling £46 plus dessert for three and when got home 2 hat trick burgers were missing. I rang the store continuously with no answer and sent email and completed their survey on my disappointment. Did I get a refund? No .Did i get a reply? No. Will I be going there again? NoFood: 1/5
Ordered online for delivery they just left our food on the side for 2 hours never bothered to find out if the driver was there or not. In the end my partner went down to the restaurant only to be told they wouldn’t remake our now cold food that has been sat there and that they didn’t care. This was from the manager. Not the first time we have had problems ordering from here but it takes it to a whole new level when they keep pushing the time back and now will not remake the food. Meanwhile drivers have been sat at the restaurant for over an hour.
Most of the evenings getting good service from the delivery counter. Some of the experienced staff doing very fast service. Especially TashNatasha is a super fast service from every time she is in delivery counter. I never face any delay more than 5 minutes from the delivery counter, even in the busy evenings. It's help us to provide the fastest delivery to customers.Tash is a superstar for delivery service. All of my colleagues have very good opinion about her service.
Extremely busy on a Wednesday night at nearly 7pm, staff doing an OK job of dealing with drive thru, internal and external orders. If you get ot quieter then I expect service and atmosphere to improve.Food: 4/5
Every time I order the orders are wrong today I was sent just two buns when I ordered a quarter pounder , always forget ketchup add one and constantly get orders wrong!!Food: 1/5
Got to have been the best McDonald's I've had. The fries were really hot, first time I've known that to happen. Well done, and thank you all the staff at McDonald's.Food: 5/5
