Placed an order. 1.5 hours later they message to say they are not delivering and I'll get a refund. No reason as to why.
Always enjoy my food from here. I have eaten here for years, whether take away, sitting in, or now, a delivery! Lovely chicken, lovely ribs holy God nice chips and nice sides. It's not for everyone and they do have the odd off day food wise, but generally I very much enjoy it. The menu is pretty good. It's similar to kfc but offers the ribs and beef burgers as options, as well as chicken and the usual stuff. Always looks clean.
Mixed reviews about the place.. Food was tasty if it was what I ordered! Ordered plain burger and this means no sauce no salad no veg what a waste and a shame really as me and my 4 children would have come back for many years called up to tell them they got it wrong and got my head bit off not happy with that although I did get a call back after 10 minutes however damage was done and meal was over
It was a delivery,for 3 people i had chicken and ribs combo.ribs had hardly any meat on them ,chicken very small hardly any meat very small amount of chips no milk shakes which was why we placed the order with them. .when it was chickoribs ribs had plenty of meat on them and the chicken was a decent size. Very disappointed
I went here for the 1st time today. I had the chicken wings fries and strips. The staff was bored and a bit unprofessional.They barely looked at me/and other customer. The next issue was that they used some type of frying oil. The food smelled like something kept in the fridge for too long.That oil was horrible and it ruined the food. Honestly i will never go back that's for sure. It was quite cheap still won't change my opinion. The fries/chips on the other hand were okay. Same with the can of Coke.
Good food, doesn't have the greasy feel of a normal takeaway. The staff are friendly and you can eat in, take away or have delivered. The menu is basically in the title with your classic burgers added on top. If your after something quick then I recommend chickoribs.
Huge fan of it here, I have been here countless times. At the moment I don't live in the UK but when I visit my family in gosport this is on my list of places to visit. The food is excellent and the owners are absolutely wonderful. Kfc is not too far away but don't bother, get your chicken here, so much better and cheaper. Five stars well earned.
Ordered food, it never even came LOL, called back for a solid 5 mins after an hour+ of waiting - on 2 different numbers and was just left to ring, had to order from somewhere else because you know, a guy has got to eat. But that's crazy, how unprofessional, what terrible business. If you can't handle orders then don't take them. Just a waste of time, put the menu swiftly in the bin after this. That's about it really.
Was advised 45 mins to an hour for delivery .... called after an hour to check on delivery. Was advised was with the driver. No apology given. When driver arrived 25 mins after I called was told they had only picked up order 5 min ago. So was lied to about it being on route. Food luke warm, dry chicken. Burgers taste like cardboard they have been kept reheated for so long. Nothing like they used to be very disappointed
Absolutely amazing service. The staff were very friendly and had a sense of humour. The food was mouth-watering and delicious. Quite frankly this is better than KFC. I am always coming here from now on.
