Clearly said no bacon on wrap and stil got … workers looks like they are blind they can’t read. Waited around 15minutes and got this.. i complained to manager straight way as she was standing front but she not even bothered to say sorry and just passed the issue to some other worker..
Ordered through Just Eats, and not for the first time, items are missing! Check the order, grab the items and put them in the bag! How someone can’t seem to get this right boggles the mind. Who do they employ there!? I would go down there and find out, but they’re closed now, so I suspect the items we ordered weren’t ready and they couldn’t be bothered making them before closing.
Clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. My order was wrong but the staff quickly put it right.Food: 4/5
Waited over 20 minutes for food despite it being quite empty, as they massively prioritise delivery orders. You’ll be lucky to receive a grunt as a reply from the staff as they’re all miserable and rude. Customers asking staff to clean their tables as they don’t bother using their own initiative and clean them. The door to enter makes the most hideous noise every time someone enters or leaves. Won’t be visiting again in a hurry. Better yet, support the cafes nearby which are immensely better.
Why is it every single time you order from this place they mess up your order ? Wholes meals missing or just parts of your order arrive, and for some strange reason you never I repeat NEVER receive sauces?? , it surely can not be that hard as to read a screen to get an order correct , Middleton definitely needs looking into as staff seem incompetent to do the simple of tasks , more training or better management needs to be addressed ASAP

Yesterday my colleague and I attended Mcdonalds on our lunch break. We both used 2 different self serve tills. Mine did not print a receipt but I had my order number. The screen that shows the order status was also not working. My colleagues order came at 5 minutes and was barely warm. I waited another 10 minutes before I approached the counter to ask for an update. I was told he would go and check, a further 5 minutes passed and I asked again ro be told the order was just being prepared. A further 5 minutes passed again and I went back to the counter to be told they could not find a record of it!! At this point I shown them the transaction on my banking app and asked for the manager and a refund. I asked the manager for his name to be asked why! I explained I wanted to issue a complaint as 25 minutes +was not acceptable and explained that I could not understand why noone had come back to me for further information. I also explained that my colleagues food was now stone cold and the response was a shrug of the shoulders. To add insult to injury, I messaged via Facebool this morning explaining everything to be asked for my receipt, if they had read it they would know the machine wasn't working. I explained again that I received no lunch yesterday, my colleagues was cold, the fact that I was just left waiting to get a vague apology and the offer of a voucher. I mentioned again about my colleague's lunch and I just get fobbed off and asked to contact the restaurant for a refund. No ownership, no empathy, no understanding. I am now going to write an official complaint and send this to the head office Date of experience: 14 June 2024
The shop manager says "They don't need me" today. It seems my part-time job at this McDonald's will be terminated soon. I know I am lazy, my English speaking and my working attitude are poor. I really need this part-time salary to earn living. Please don't fire me!Food: 3/5
The food overall is alright but they don’t take care in it AT ALL. The managers security and some staff are awful people and don’t treat customers right AT ALL. It is a horrible atmosphere and the food takes forever to come even if it’s just a hamburger. IF YOU CAN DONT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS it’s the worst and not worth it AT ALL.Food: 2/5
Order from here regularly always missing sauces? Maybe it’s because I’m store they’re free and Uber charge 10p? Regardless should send them anyway
