Everytime there's something wrong! £20 boneless bucket through drive through. Had to park in bay n wait.Asks what drink and what dips I want ....didn't get either. Never left a bad review for anywhere but had to. Definitely not going back
I was waiting for 5 minutes to order while the store was not busy. I order 10 hot wings as a meal and the guy charged me for 6 hot wings and 2 extra portions of two wings each. When I asked him why he did that, he called a lady who refunded me the first order and I re ordered again. At the end, they gave me my bag and they forgot to give me the drink from the meal I had paid. I'm not going there never again!
You only get 1 star because I can't give you zero, just arrived home from this kfc drive through, will never be going again and recommend everyone and anyone avoid like the plague, tried several times to call to no avail, the phone just rings out. The chicken we have just been served should have been put in the bin for the pigs, not served up for a near £20 wicked variety bucket meal and got chicken that can only be described as plastic crunch and that's my best description of it, dry and overcooked is an understatement. Please manager get in touch and I'll provide my contact detail, then we can have a chat about where your going wrong, your so called chicken pieces just went in the bin... utter disgrace
She ordered a two piece meal and a small gravy omg £8.88 for two pieces off sparrow with about 9 fries the size of the chicken served was a joke it honestly was the size of a sparrow.gravy was like water £2 pound for that xtra .this is the second time now I've been here and it will deffently be my last what a rip off .at least harpurhey KFC give you good portion .
Food arrived stone cold because once again they've put the cold drinks in the same bag as the hot food. Unwrapped my burger only to find it's so stuck to the paper that I can't get it out without ripping the burger. Always disappointed by the service at this branch, don't know why I keep giving it more chances. For the price you pay, you expect decent quality of food.

This place was terrible. Ordered coffee with our meals as we were freezing and we were then shouted over to the till to be told we do not do hot drinks anymore even though they were advertising coffee all over the screens. Waited 15 minutes on one of the only tables we could find that was clean for the food, which arrived with cold chips as they had been sitting on the rack for so long and cold burger. Would never go back here. Such a shame these are killing the KFC brand by having lots of kids and lack of management running it.
How hard is it to clean the toilets ?! I'm completely disappointed. This was my 1st visit to this branch and it will definitely be my last. I don't know what the KFC brand is doing in the matter of management but this place certainly needs a good manager .the food was not bad tho .
Avoid at all costs. Placed my order on Uber eat, I received the message from the driver "ordered delivered" however it wasn't delivered to me. After contacting store directly they said they prepare my order again and will be send soon... however I never received my order. So glad uber was so understanding and gave me full refound. Very disappointed.
