Very pleased with my experience, always greeted with a smile. Best maccies around. Food always warm. Staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommend from Darren, Oliver, Lily, Georgia and uncle Ian

Nice clean place.nBut as i got to the counter the  girl on the till left.nI didnt have to wait too long before a nice young man served me.nThe chips were not hot and crispy but the coke was nice n cold.nLots of parking and plenty of space to sit outside.nBril location.

Clean and efficient. Well stocked with condiments. Didn't have to wait long. Food was fresh and hot.nStaff could have been a bit more interactive rather than just shouting order numbers.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's lived down to the usual low expectations I have for a McDonald's fast food outlet at a service station.nThe food in general was just about warm, and when my wife complained about the hair in her burger, the response from the staff member was anything but concerned. The burger was replaced with a fresh one, but it felt like we were causing them an additional burden, and the apology was grudgingly given.nLooks like I'm back to avoiding McDonald's again..

Absolutely shocking  waited an hour for food ,when it came it was stone cold we only live 5 minutes down the road, 2 small children had chicken burgers that was stone cold and you can not reheat chicken they couldn’t eat them. Items was missing from the order also. Absolutely horrendous service. Tried to call Haslingden McDonald’s and no answer phone just keeps ringing. Would not recommend
