My husband, two children and I had been looking for somewhere to eat on a Saturday night. The first place we tried was closed and three others were full. As we always eat in the same places we decided to head towards Haslingden as we haven't eaten in that area before and let our children tel us which direction to go and see where we ended up, we drove past the bar and grill and it looked nice so rang up to see if they had space for us, The person on the phone was really pleasant and said that they could. When we got there the menu said kids eat free before 6pm, unfortunately we arrived just after 6, but I'm glad I know for the future. I had mushrooms in a wine and butter sauce to start and my husband got the garlic and mozzarella flat bread, we shared both starters and both really enjoyed them, you can also see the chefs cooking the food whilst you wait. One of my children had pizza which was huge for a child's size so that was good and the other had chicken nuggets which they both liked. I had the spaghetti carbanara and my husband had a chicken burger, they were both fresh, hot and yummy. Mine was very creamy and delisious. We said straight away that we will go back and especially if the children eat for free before 6.

Top marks here. A very nice place to have a meal, with great food and lovely service. Staff were friendly, efficient and we had just the right amount of attention. The steak I had was cooked perfectly and everyone enjoyed every part of the meal. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, the food was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and didn't complain about our awkward food requests. Will definitely be back.
