Had a app order to collect today for lunch, as the drink was correct and drive through was empty I assumed nothing could go wrong.nnHad the 3 for £3 deal and a regular soft drink.nnOrdered 2 chicken mayo burgers and 4 nuggets from the deal.nnGot back to the office to find 2 hamburgers and a medium fries and 1 small fries.nnI am Hindu and do not eat beef whatsoever, customer service on the app is virtually non existent and no number to call. I wasn't given a receipt etc as it was a app order.nnHad the cold fries and soft drink and binned the rest.nnNot happy at all
This branch is located inside the retail park on the left hand side once you enter you cannot miss it. It is then followed up by Costa coffee and Subway. Ideally the retail park is easy if you arrive by car as there is a large set of parking spaces and you can have a browse do your shopping. The restaurant chain itself was clean, organized and the staff were very friendly. The doors were automatic and easily accessible for buggies. The layout was very easy to move through and it looked very modern with iPads for children to play, multiple baby high chairs and lots of space for larger parties to dine in too. The service was quick and seamless and the staff all have a great working relationship together. I felt like the team enjoyed their job and was genuine. Coming here with a baby I noticed the disabled toilet was locked which was where the baby changing table was and it was very clean. The table was much more sturdy than other places I have been too. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available as well as a drive through. The restaurant was well lit and and have large windows for the natural lighting too. This is one go the best McDonald's I have ever been too within the London. Definitely recommend if you are around here. The restaurant was constantly bering clean and maintained, when I arrived to when I left I saw the staff continuously check the flooring and the bins.
Bog standard McDonald's. Kept clean and tidy. It wasn't busy when we went and they had closed off the section of the restaurant which was annoying. If you wanted to be away from a table from hyperactive or crying, children to have some quiet this wasn't possible. We ordered from the computer and our food came quick. Chips wasn't very hot and tasted like they had sat there for a while. The rest of the food was fine. Toilet facilities were clean and tidy, and no bad smells like some McDonald's you go into. The staff were friendly. The music was at the right level, so you weren't shouting trying to have a conversation. Some customers sat outside as it was a nice evening. The outside around the restaurant was litter free, and tables kept clean. Two members of staff on the restaurant floor were keeping the restaurant tidy and clean.
I’ve been getting breakfast here regularly and average about one visit a month on a Saturday. The kiosks are easy to use and staff are polite. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating and it is kept clean. Toilets are also tidy. However, as I only come here in the morning around 8AM, I can’t comment on how busy it can get later in the day. My experience is a tasty McMuffin breakfast in a quiet and relaxing setting.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE CALLED AND NOONE WAS WILLING TO GIVE A NAME OR HELP WITH OUR ORDER. WE WANTED TO CANCEL OUR ORDER AS IT HAS TAKEN OVER AN HOUR FOR IT TO COME AND THERE WAS NO UPDATE. THEY KEPT SAYING THEY HAVE GIVEN IT TO THE DRIVER WHEN THEY HADNT, WE ALSO ASKED FOR THEM TO CANCEL OUR ORDER AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS SERVICE IS POOR AND STAFF ARE SO RUDE.
