I rang the store having waited 1.5hrs for delivery. (Problem #1) The manager (Ahmed or Amit) says the delivery driver just left and would be with me in next 5 minutes. I receive a phonecall soon after, stating they never actually got my order due to network problems. I'm not sure why there was a reason to lie in the first place? Management apologise - and offer me a small discount in the region of 10%. I agree to re-order as they promise to get the food out to me asap. (Problem #2) The food arrives, but with missing items from my order! (Problem #3) I ring the store to let them know the problem. The manager is incredibly rude and makes up a remarkable story saying that I'm lying about the missing items. He offers me a free pizza on my next order - but all too late - and won't be taking it up. Save your money and choose a different franchise.

I am really disappointed from my local shop. I have ordered a pizza 11.20 am it was gone from the shop 11.45am . Usually takes 10min from Southgate to Whetstone so the pizza is fresh and hot. Those tame driver arrived 50 min late. Sorry but I like my pizza hot and fresh and wasn't hungry any more. I call them, they toldme sorry we are very busy. That is not an excuse to me. Enjoy my money.

Says it is open, but it is not. Apparently opening times are viewed more as a light suggestion if convenient for those holding the keys.

I placed an order and received my confirmation email at 20:04 I then called the shop at 20:50 to ask why it was still saying preparation in progress almost an hour later. I was spoken to quite rudely by Adam telling me my order was received there only 15 minutes ago and that I would have to wait two hours for my pizza! "order time is two hours so it doesn't matter anyway, what you want me to do about it." Nowhere informed me of a two hour wait. I cancled the order.

I just ordered over the phone and they confirm 14 minutes to deliver my pizza but after an hour they call me back and driver said he couldn’t find the address and he can’t come back. Also they are really rude as well .
