Ate in. Food arrived minus the chips. Had to ask for the chips, which were bought over but were the wrong size. Correct chips eventually found in a bag. First time eat in food has been served in a bag for me. Burgers were lukewarm at best, cokes were almost flat. I’d complain but it won’t make the slightest difference. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than concentrating on the service. Whilst eating, saw another customer go to the counter to say they had received their order without chips. Based on previous experiences I set my expectations very low so was not disappointed when they weren’t met. McDonalds, please do better next time….
Service could be better. A smile wouldn't kill anyone. Also those tablets need cleaning, they are disgusting. If they are a reflection of your cleanliness then I am concerned. My roll was swimming in brown sauce so maybe a little more care in food prep, you were quiet so there was no excuse.
Food was fast and order was right but the general tidyness is bad we had a red crayon mark on the table was there yesterday and the floor is very dirty and tables need a wipe and toilets stink just for theese things alone sorry but it's 2 stars
Rude incompetent table staff, who tipped a drink on one of our group. Then told manger we were throwing food at him when we didn't and to top it all he threw my grandsons drink and complimentary Ice cream away when he was in the toilet. Food and atmosphere was what was expected.
