HORRIBLEE MCDONALDS BRANCH, THE WORST AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This McDonalds is horrible from staff to food. I just bought 20 chicken nuggets after i finished work they first smell horrendous like they been fried with car oil and they are soo soo oily not suitable for consumption.  I had one bite I couldn’t even eat it and it made me feel sick to my stomach, the car now stinks so bad of them i wasted my money and this is not the first time they provide us with poor food quality. But WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO AGAIN EVER. Also, the staff is very rude i asked for fries without salt then my partner asked for salt for his and they said they can’t give us salt we were drive through. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

I ordered some food from the app including medium fries and I got half a portion and it’s not the first time the quantity and minimal standards of  McDonalds has perished I’m so disappointed that it has put me off McDonald for life. Do better Mc Donald’sFood: 1/5

It's sometime since we had a McDonald's. PLEASE STOP pushing customers towards the DIGITAL ORDERING, it doesn't suit everyone. Also may I suggest the burgers aren't as fat as they used to be. I enjoyed my Big Mac, but I'd have enjoyed it better, had it been as fat as I remembered. A very nice young man filled in a survey for me, really respectful and nice chat.

Would not provide us hot water to make our baby milk, hiding behind 'health and safety ' but would serve us a tea with no tea bag. Not very inclusive for families very disappointed as they have been happy to do it for us in the pastFood: 1/5

Yes people Loves McDonald's.  My Kids and I love McDonald's anywhere in the world. But some McDonald's are having awful services, particularly the drive through. The machine doesn't work to take the order so when approached to the payment area, they can't take the other and asking to come back All the way again to the another drive through order bay to place the order. Boxing day, we get there isn't alot of staff working so when we was asked to pull into a bay and wait for our food we had no problem with this at all and happily waited for our food. However, 10 minutes later we received barely luke warm food, and the cheese bites were soggy rather then crisp. Safe to say quite disappointed and disheartened

So after a small order on a none busy time, we had to wait. 5 mins for a cold burger with cheese that didn't even melt !! Milkshake runny. Basically threw the food into the car, with a cave -man like grunt, I'm guessing all the staff are hung over, or still high, as they don't know the difffencd between a medium and a large sized cup. Manager clearly can't do their job otherwise would be an amazing experience like all the other maccys I go to! Wouldent go back. 0 stars.

I attended this morning and was approached by very friendly staff, as this is a smaller franchise and a drive through they seemed to have more of a local personal touch, service was great and food was as you would expect from McDonald's, great job Food: 5/5

Recently popped into Sturry Road McDonald's and got chatting to the lovely front of house member, Ben! He was so friendly and informative, especially when we got talking about jobs at McDonald's. Well done, Ben! You're a star!Food: 5/5

Ginger headed male drive thru employee working on the 03.02.2024 @ 7pm has a serious attitude problem. You can’t change your mind about a meal as he’ll have an issue about it. If you address it. He plays victim and calls the manager.Food: 3/5
