I ordered a chicken big mac, not as a meal and what I got was just two peices of chicken in three pieces of bread. I also ordered a mcspicy wich was cold, fries were also cold and stale. The cheese bites were also cold. The lady at the service window was reluctant to give out any napkins and ketchup I had to ask her three times. Not happy with the service at all.
Typical McDonald's up to the usual standard for the chain. My only complaint is the parking and the one way system around the drive through. Cars going in block the way of cars coming out, so it gets blocked up and congested at busy times.nI don't blame the staff. It's down to poor design, poor signage and lack of consideration and common sense from the customers.
Do not go there, they allow beggers to sit at the pay point, it puts me off my food and don't want to go there, I took my girlfriend, and she gave the begger in the drive through a tena, if half the people did that who go through the drive through, how much money do you think they make, 400 plus a day, they make more money than any off us in 1 day, and what can I say to my girlfriend, when she thinks she's helping someone, he's not even homeless or on the streets, I was as a child, and me and my dog, ate off food and starved half of the time, and we never begged, it's disgusting and shameful, and I can't believe mcdonald's in Bilston allow it, don't go there, go els where
Food was the typical mcdonalds food but the staff were great and looked like they were actually happy to be there. Order recieved very quickly and all correct
Never had bad service from this McDonalds. Very rarely ask me to park up, their click and collect is very efficient. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Honestly I feel like this is one of the better McDonald's in Wolverhampton
