Always had good experiences here. Food as expected and friendly, helpful staff. It is a little bit confusing that the branch seems quite dominant from the main road but you could easily have already passed it before you notice it. It could do with clearer signage before motorists pass the traffic island (perhaps on the approach?) Also, it's a bit tricky finding where you have to enter the drive-thru (once you work out that you need to get across a car park that's not just for McDonald's...

The food is decent. But the ability of staff to get an order correct is shocking especially via the drive thru.

Quick service. I wouldn't happy with my toffee sundae and the girl gave me a free one. Great service

For the most part they get your order correct but on quite a few occasions I have had certain food orders that should have come with a separate sauce, but didn't, and you sometimes find that no straws were included with your drinks. My only other gripe is that it would be nice to get a burger that looks like one you see advertised. Not the type of burger which was put together with the loving and tender care of someone who really hates their job.
