I called in today to show a chair that had broken which l had purchased a few years ago. I spoke to a girl who sympathised with my problem and said that Mr McCourt would deal with it and even suggested that he would lend me a chair until the problem was resolved. However when Mr McCourt came in the situation changed. He implied that l had done something sinister with the chair rather than sit on it - not sure what! The chair was in pristine condition apart from the obvious crack in the frame. He then told me that his furniture was only guaranteed for a year - l personally thought a chair would last longer than that! He then said that if l had bought a car 2 years ago and crashed it that l could hardly go back and ask the seller for a refund. I felt that this was a ridiculous comparison. I have never been dealt with in such a condescending manner by a business person. There is a way of dealing with customers in a sympathetic manner and Mr Mc Court seriously lacks in this skill I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop. I just wish that l could include a photo of my chair in this post chair would last longer than that.
Friendly and professional business man who is extremely helpful and has a range of excellent furniture to suit all tastes and all rooms in the house and outside in the garden. Delivery service was excellent and a promise to deliver on a specific day was kept eventhough he was extremely busy. Keep up the great work John.
John offers everything from top of the range furniture at competitive prices to affordable high quality products. The sales women are helpful and accommodating while the delivery men were polite and prompt. I recommend shopping here locally for the phenomenal service.

I asked John if he could source me a range of furniture. Within a day the items where ordered and at a much better price than other retailers. Goods arrived within 8 days. Will be using John again. Would recommend using McCourts as 1st stop
Always great service, if John doesn't have it in store it won't take long or him to get it in one of Banbridge hidden treasures. Highly Recommend
Went in to the shop today and spoke with the owner - i had bought a deck chair online a couple of weeks ago from a national store. The stiching had perished and I had to return it to get a replacement. I asked him if he had any spare cardboard I could use for packaging - his demeanour changed instantly from me being a potential customer to a retiree asking for a bit of cast-off cardboard - i paraphrase, "if you'd have bought it here you wouldn't need to be sending it back"!! and more ridiculously, " if you'd bought sausages somewhere else would you go into Quails and ask for a bag"!!! by the way, from my experience of Quails they would have! Let me tell you this Mr McCourt - I will never darken your door again - customer relations - NIL. To finish the story I went to Bowman windows, a place I had never been to before and explained my predicament - without insult or hesitation the member of staff I spoke to was able to source exactly what I wanted. You really should check out the meaning of demanding Mr McCourt. Notice you didn't deny any of your ridiculous comments, plus one thing you forgot to mention was that you told me you didn't have any cardboard!!
Absolute fabulous shop and the Proprietor always gives top service and amazing deals!!!
Always very friendly and helpful. Also the range of furniture available is great!
Best prices and customer service in the country. Just don't go in asking stupid questions and youll save yourself a fortune
