I usually like Jolleys, sometimes the quality of some products isn't always great, but they usually have a different selection of toys than the likes of pets at home. My dog loves very large soft toys and jollies usually has exactly what she wants which is nice. Helpfulness of staff can vary, just depends on who you get.
Great service today in Jollies from all the staff. Judith gave us some great advice on what to buy for our new puppy, Daisy. Great range of toys, treats and accessories.

Poor customer service at Banbridge store today. Enquired about a product I had purchased here before but was out of stock today. Was told 'what's there is all there is' and I would have to check back to see if more stock comes in. Would have been very easy to take my number and tell me when it came in or phone other stores to check but she obviously couldn't be bothered. You guys lost a sale today.
