My visit and customer experience were simply outstanding, especially because of Stuart and the receptionists. The level of customer service truly amazed me. Had a slow puncture. They diagnosed a faulty valve and replaced it free of charge. Friendly, helpful service. Excellent.
Had a MOT booked here but when I turned up they didn’t have a MOT person on that day, no apology or a courtesy phone call because there was no number on the booking even tho they had my lease company name and my registration number and I’m sure they always ask for phone numbers. I’m a reasonable person and I understand when mistakes are made but to blame me the customer just shows how unprofessional they are.
