Absolutely delighted every visit, full information provided, quick, friendly response. I’ve had tyres, brakes, MOTs, a Lorry puncture call out and repair, in every respect I have been delighted with the professionalism, price, service and ease of using this company! Well done Derek and team!

Appalling. Called 24/7 telephone ine with puncture in East Lothian. Without a McConechy's account the smug call handler refused to contact local branch in Haddington to ask them if they would do a repair at 9pm at night. I gave him the account number on the two McConechy's invoices in my hand, both less than 12 months old. Response "that's not a valid account number". Save your money and don't buy tyres at McConechy's because when you need them they won't help. Go elsewhere.
