I would like to thank the staff on the behalf of my mum, she came into the shop on Thursday and has speech and language issues. The lady at the till was extremely patient with my mum and gave her the time she needed to work out what she was saying. I am so happy with how this store dealt with my mum. Thank you

Shocking service. Went to post something and the girl on the post office section barely looked at me and barked that she'd be with me in fifteen minutes because she was busy doing something else.
