Terrible place, not only do they charge old people for paper`s when they are not delivered, (please see why) those that deliver Dunboyne court in St Marychurch with residents papers just DUMP them on the reception desk and expect others to do their jobs for them, YES there are lifts, YES they could start at the top and work their way down, NOT high rise, Just four Floors. Came home the other day and found a resident with a walker trying her best to deliver papers which had been left at the front Disgusting service and despite many complaints they still haveent got the bottle to tell those who deliver them to MAN UP and do the job they are paid for .
