In need of major improvement and refurbishment. Lights don't work in most isles. Fridges out of order. Half the store has no stock. Staff are friendly though. Time Morrisons sorted it out has been like it since takeover
Staff do incredibly well considering this is the only post office in town now and one of only two cash machines, while also handling the shop and the bakery - have never had the staff be rude to me, maybe the others that left reviews were being dicks and the staff responded naturally?
Shocking rude staff. Went in there for Post Office when should be open but they closed it, not the first time. Told them they are useless and lazy in there his reply was at the top of his voice was Don't come back then !! At the same time another member of staff runs down shouting at me OUT and I'm barred. I've never come across such rude staff. Compaint made to head office and area manager to be contacting me
Morrisons Daily Close Hill Redruth. Absolute Robbers, stealth pricing, you don’t realise until you have gone. More excuses than a desert merchant. £2.75 for a bag of pickled onion monster munch. Spent £314 at Morrisons yesterday main store Pool, but I will never use Morrisons for anything again. Staff said “ you are paying for the convenience “. Run for the hills people. You are being robbed.
Queue almost out the door. One person doing post office. Buzzes for help but the other person is more interested in stocking shelves. 10 mins later I walked out and went elsewhere.
