I have lived in Holsworthy several years and when the shop changed to Morrisons daily it all seemed to work very smoothly but now it’s seems to have lost self pride! I think the senior management have no interest at all in the shop and would prefer it to close rather than make an effort to keep the well trained and loyal employees rant over!
Every time I come into the shop I’m always greeted with smiles. The workers always ask how my day has been. If I can’t find what I’m looking for they will always help me. I find the items are always stocked up and organised in a very nice way. The only issue I see with the shop is it’s always very hot other than that this shop is definitely one of the best in the area. The young lad with blue hair working here is always so happy and polite. I remember once I was trying to get ingredients for my niece to make cakes and I had no clue what half the ingredients were and he helped me figure it out and the stuff they didn’t have he gave good substitute suggestions. I’ll always be happy to come into this shop!
This shop is ran by outstanding management and excellent staff with great service and support but Someone needs to sort out the air conditioning, it is boiling hot in the shop all day . The poor staff are getting sick because of this problem. It needs to be repaired, before they are unfit to operate in those conditions as it is a health and safety concern.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very hot in the store so could do with some aircon but is still my go to shop for my essential bits.
Lovely shop staffed by lovely people, don't know how they survive in the summer with the lack of AC though! Store always looks tidy
