On plenty of occasions, the yellow label discounted items have been the wrong price, each time I have pointed this out has been met with indifference or annoyance.. these members of staff live in our local community and are happy to over charge anyone.nMy advice, check the total before you go to the till with multiple items.. they just don’t know or care
Been using this store and Post Office daily since before it became a Morrisons Daily. The store is super useful for the odd grocery, especially for those of us that use the Post Office regularly. The Post Office is super handy, I use it every day for all of my online order packages. Yes there are occasionally some issues with customers having a bad experience but in all the cases I witnessed standing in the cue and there have been a few, the customers were less than helpful, grumpy or abusive due to not being able to be served. In all cases it was due to their own errors and/or assumptions of the services offered by the Post Office or Royal Mail. Funny how nobody in a negative reviews say what their part in the process was or indeed their behaviour. On one occasion I had to intervene and told one incredibly rude gent to leave the shop. The staff in the store and the Post Office have always been and continue to be helpful and friendly. Treat the hard working staff in a manner that you would expect to be treated ... it's not rocket science. 8
The staff are great but the Post office is terrible for collecting Amazon parcels as it's a intranet black spot. It needs proper working WiFi so phones work in the shop.
I was racially profiled by a member of staff. In 2025, to retain so much ignorance and judgement towards people of a different skin colour is shocking. Shameful behaviour by the member of staff and I have complained to Head Office. There is absolutely no tolerance for treating people differently based on their skin colour. Do better.
I have today been in to use the post office. With my father who is in a wheelchair. It was absolutely impossible to get around. I don't expect to have to fight my way through to the counter. To much stock and dump bins.nWE NEED OUR POST OFFICE AND WANT TO USE IT. MY 89 YEAR OLD FATHER. CAN NOT USE A COMPUTER. please get this sorted as a priority as it was a problem that will effect not only people with a disability also what about people with pushchairs etc. Post office staff apologetic. I'm sure they don't need this extra pressure.
