Had a great experience with Jamie and Mark. The price for the car was reasonable in comparison with other dealers in UK, and they knocked some discount off also. All service history came as promised and 6 month warranty. They also ran the car through MOT for another 12 months. Nice selection of cars here, I would have no hesitation buying from them in future.
Very bad customer experience. Went all the way from Bangor to look at/buy a C class Mercedes last Friday afternoon, walked around looking at the cars for about 30 mins, no salesman came near us. Went into the offices but salesman was making a phone call and showed no interest. We hung around for a few minutes and then left in disgust. The car I was interested in has been there for at least 1 month, now I know why, if potential customers are treated like this.
This is my second purchase from MC Autos, yet again I had another great experience from the outset! Excellent communication and service from my initial enquiries, right through to completion! Highly recommend for many reasons not least their competitive pricing and customer service!

lads were a pleasure to deal with . all cars in beautiful condition went In for a test drive and came out with a lovely new bmw within the hour.
Bought a Red Mk7 golf gtd about a year and a half ago, had no problems with the buy, my only bad point was, I was told the car had a full service, had to buy new brake pads after 6 months, so the pads weren't changed at all or really cheap pads used, few other wee small things I noticed after purchase, like a tiny chip on the windscreen, rubber accessories missing from the centre console, was missing a parcel shelf but fair dues to them, they drove from Magherafelt to Carrickfergus to deliver it, also had to buy new tyres pretty much straight away, shouldn't of had to do that with a car that cost me near £11k in cash, but once I replaced all that and new timing belt I've got a great wee car, just think MC autosales should actually do a proper car service and stop cutting corners or trying to do everything on the cheapest budget they can then lie about the work, it's not good to try and run a business like that, there's legit business men and cowboys, which one are you's
Dealing with this company was a completely positive experience; communication was clear, arrangements were made to suit us and our tight schedule as we travelled from England and the car was as described. We could not have wished for better service - Jamie was friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you.

Bought my Mazda 6 Sport and had an issue with the electric wing mirror. Mark provided me with a courtesy car while his mechanic checked it over, stood over the cost of a replacement wing mirror from Mazda when it couldn't be fixed in-house and was helpful all along. Unfortunately I had to work away again and couldn't get the wing mirror repaired but thats no fault of MC Autosales. I'd buy from them again.
