Purchased an Audi A3 here last Saturday. Well kept pitch with lovely stock and friendly salespeople. The level of customer service was fantastic and the car was immaculate on collection. Had 1 little snag with the car after collection which I hadn’t noticed previously and it was fixed within 48 hours without hesitation.

We bought a 2015 Honda civic from Colin Francis motors, the staff were friendly, helpful and very decent. They allowed us to test drive a range of cars until we found what we were looking for and we will definitely be back when its time to change .

As usual nothing is to much trouble. Always good clean straight vehicles.and most of all the after sale service is 100%

Havent gotten my car yet. Due to pick up next week, but I have to say, this place is fantastic, beautifully kept, nothing a bother for anyone there. I dealt with Andrew who let my test drive several cars with no hassle, made everything super easy for me, not pushy in the slightest and seem willing to stand over the cars 100% based off of a conversation I had with Andrew. Will review again when I have the car but the process so far has been excellent

Many thanks to all the team at Colin Francis Cars. I recently bought a car from them, great experience with Andrew in the Sales Team. I had a slight issue with the car after 6 or so weeks. Colin couldn't have been more helpful; the issue was sorted extremely fast! I would highly recommend Colin Francis cars.

A very efficient and pleasant company.  The service was second to none throughout and Andrew looked after us very well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and wish we'd known about them sooner!  We'll definitely be buying our next vehicle here.

Purchased a Kia Optima, everything looks very well so far. Very helpful in letting me know the process of transferring it to a southern reg and the process involved. 40£ fuel voucher also which I wasn't expecting when collecting the car. Hopefully the car has no problems going forward. Cheers lads

Superb experience from intial enquiry to collection.I travelled over 2 hours to view and subsequently buy a vehicle , the car was accurately described and presented in excellent order when collected. I would not hesitate to recommend Colin Francis cars

Bought my motor from Colin and the lads going on 5 years ago and it has been faultless. Stephen and the sales team are always a pleasure to talk to and Andrew and the servicing lads are stellar. Colin also a real gent. Aftersales is second to none.

I’ve purchased a few cars here over the years, and will continue to do so.. Colin was and is always good to deal with. an absolute gentleman in fact - in simple terms, yes, you can buy a similar car for less elsewhere, but there isn’t anyone who can even come close to the level of service and support you get from Colin and his team. That peace of mind is extremely important when buying a used car.  Its all well and good somebody selling you a car, but lets be real here, its a used car and there are occassions where things can go wrong, and if they do nothing was ever a problem for the servicing team, its also worth mentioning David in servicing, who does an excellent job, and is very helpful in the unlikely event that anything does go wrong.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Colin Francis Cars.
