I was looking for something used but with quite a tight budget on this occasion and they came up with something which hit the sweet spot for me. I felt they could have been a bit more flexible with what they offered for my old car, but the price on the car I bought was very competitive.

They also responded well when I thought there might be an issue, and gave the car a good looking over, but could not find anything. I obtained a second opinion on this which verified their assessment. 

The salesman I dealt with was friendly, helpful and approachable, and based on the service I received, I have no hesitation in recommending MB Motors.

This review reflects my experience of the Bradford branch.

I have been taking my L200 which is under warranty for various works and the branch seemed helpful and also explained issues not covered under warranty which I understand and paid for.

In my experience they do not seem as proactive to respond to warranty claims as they do to paying custom, which in my opinion has lost my trust and I will now be taking my L200 to another Mitsubishi dealership whom have been more helpful.

I recently sent an email to put forward issues with my L200, the problems being water ingress and a window not working, 7 days on having to chase they acknowledged my email but still no communication, very unprofessional.

UPDATE 
I spoke with the service manager and explained the situation, ended in the service manager saying they will have to let me go as a customer, absolutely ridiculous, never again will I be using MB Motor Group as it has spoilt my trust in Mitsubishi vehicles and the after service.

Got a fantastic ex demo SWB Shogun to replace my faithful old one... worth the trip from Lancashire for the excellent customer service and brilliant price! Thank you MB Motor Group and esp to Steve Quin in the show room for looking after us.

We bought a car a 3 year old phev 4hs we picked it up on the Saturday we was told it had been fully checked everything was in perfect order low and behold 4 days later the wipers packed up.
I called the dealership and spoke with the most annoyong man I have met Steve Quinn his response was that's your problem now and farmed me off with a phone number.

1 month on I find they have kept my bank card details and have fraudulently used it and withdrawn £750 without my knowledge needless to say they have now been reported to the police, financial conduct authority. and of course my card issuer.

Stay away is the only advice I can give.
