Great place, never had any issues. Both vehicles have always been serviced & MOT'd here. Far cheaper than main dealer. Andy is a top geezer.

Incompetent took my car in to get the brakes and calipers sorted. Left the car with them on my return was told that my locking nut had broke whilst trying to take the wheel off. Was told there was nothing they could do about it and sent packing. It took me about a week to find another garage that could remove the locking nut. I then had to buy a new locking nut and 20 nuts for my car in the process costing me an extra £180 on top of the brakes and calipers all in all it cost me a total of nearly £500 and MCC Valley Road refused to take responsibility for the damage to my locking nut. I would not recommend MCC Valley Parade to any one.

Got dropped off here by rac as rear brake pipe split, they got it straight in at 8.30 priced the job up at a reasonable price and job was finished at 9.45 never used these guys before but I will definitely be back excellent service all round thanks guys
