Top value for money gym in chadwell heath area nice relaxed atmosphere multi gym accessories available including treadmill, rowing machines, various weight lifting and leg weight lifting machines along with aerobics classes for all people.nSwimming pool is excellent they also have astro turf football pitches at the rear of the centre which are floodlit too for all weathers.
I have been comming here on and off since this leisure centre opened. All the staff are lovely as are the amazing trainers. A variety of classes available, the gym is good and at times quiet which I really prefer. Never had issues with getting to use any of the machines. Swimming facilities are excellent also; Lovely and helpful staff who are always pleasant and welcoming. I was a little bit anxious in one of the Aqua Aerobics classes and as I hadnt ever been before I explained this to a staff member at the pool and this lovely member of staff was so supportive and encouraging and said I could approach them if I felt anxious again and even asked how the session went when I finished it. That was so encouraging and lovely and gave me confidence! Thank you, and I wish I had taken down your name!
Visited for the first time as my current swimming centre closed for maintenance. Everything is fine, the building is new, the changing rooms are very spacious. However the water is not very clean. People don't wear caps and so there can be hair in the water. My recommendation to the staff is to make customers wear hats as it's not hygienic to have hair floating in the pool and get tangled in your fingers while you're swimming. Also, the showers aren't great and the water is way too hot, there is no regulator.
Really friendly staff all around, from in the gym to the receptions to life guards. Facilities have always been clean and car park is usually full when I go, however there are always people coming in and out, I find usually on the hr is when spaces open up, at 11 at 12 at 1 etc.
Lovely place to swim, not too far from me for to drive. Staff are always very polite and helpful. Swimming pool area and changing rooms kept nice and clean. Water temperature is usually fine. Not really use the gym, but they do have a gym there.So it depends on what you want to do. It is also not too busy in the mornings which is when I prefer to swim. The gym is fine it has some good pieces of equipment so just depends on what you want to use. There is also parking.
