Overall even though the place is run down and in disrepair, the staff themselves were nice and pleasent people. The Doctor was very nice and explained things well. And the receptionist were fine. They seemed kind of over it and tired but I could imagine with their job. Otherwise they were professionally polite to me. I would recommend them as a GP so far. To make the appointment I used their online services from 7:30am and they called me back after 20 minutes to make an appointment the same day. So great fast service.
I had the privilege of being cared for by Kimberly pang during my recent visit to fullwell cross medical centre and I cannot praise her enough. She was exceptionally polite, demonstrating professionalism and a high level of expertise throughout my checkup and offer support with genuine empathy. She made me feel comfortable and cared for, even in what could have been a stressful situation. It is clear that Kimberly pang is dedicated to her role and goes above and beyond to provide excellent patient care. Thank you for all your hard work and compassion.
This service has significantly improved and is worth mentioning. I received a text offering a health check, and booking an appointment through the provided link was a seamless process. I was able to secure an appointment with the nurse within a few days. Although there was a 15-minute wait past my scheduled time at the surgery, the nurse provided a thorough health check and even took my blood samples, which I wasn't expecting. My results were ready within a couple of days, followed by another text to schedule a telephone consultation with the doctor to review them. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and definitely deserves a 8/10. My score would have been higher had there not been a wait at the surgery.
Firstly the nurses in the clinic are dedicated to their roles and I am staying at this clinic only because of themnnI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the care my 2-year-old son and I received during our recent visit to the surgery.nnFirstly, when I approached the reception, I asked for some water for my little boy, who was being sick and visibly unwell. I was refused due to “health and safety.” This lack of compassion and support for a sick child is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I was told to go to the corner shopnnSecondly, when we finally saw the doctor and I explained that my son was vomiting and unable to keep anything down, the response was dismissive. The doctor simply stated that the virus “has to come out” and refused to prescribe anti-sickness medication, instead advising me to go to A&E. This felt like a complete lack of responsibility and understanding.nnThis is not the first time I have experienced this with the same doctor. In the past year alone, he has sent us to A&E on at least three occasions for issues that I believe could have been resolved at the GP level. Even the emergency a&e doctors said this! This not only wastes our time but adds unnecessary strain to already overburdened emergency services.nnI am extremely upset about how I was treated, especially when caring for a very sick child. I would like to know the name of this doctor as I intend to report this matter to PALS. I am taking this through their “complaints”! Could take months. I would also like to know how you plan to address this situation to ensure other parents don’t experience similar treatment.nnShould I just bypass the GP and go directly to A&E for future issues? Because at this point, that seems to be the only solution.
I contacted the surgery for my husband and I to have a flu jab.Our appointment was texted to me for the same day.nWe saw Kimberly Pang who did both flu vaccinations, a blood test each and a Pneumonia vaccination for my husband. She explained the procedure and possible after effects answered my questions and as always was cheerful and friendly. A very quick and efficient visit.
