Good friendly sales team but the refund policy is not explained well. Only received a partial refund for my item even though it was unused and in mint condition. Very dissapointed.

Great shop very helpful staff wide range of live ammo weapons and air riffles, only fault I had with the shop was I went in looking for C02 pistols only had a small collection in the store mostly 2nd hand when website showed a wide range of pistols, that’s why I give 4 Stars other then that it’s a great store

Really helpful in helping me to pick the right gun and sight for me. And there after sale service is also really good. I broke my gun took it back and they were more than happy to help. In fact they fixed it for me for nothing. I would definitely recommend may of London.

Friendly Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable price for what I wanted. Cheaper than Internet price plus delivery charges.

I have been going to Mays for the best part of forty years, seen at least four different managers and spent a couple of thousand pounds over the years. Never been anything less than completely satisfied with every aspect of their service, they are more like friends than shop staff. I will often pop in for a chat without buying a thing, although I'm sure they (and I) wish I would/could buy more!!!
