I was a very happy customer years ago when I ordered Luxaflex blinds for the whole of my house. Unfortunately over the last month of chasing a price for replacement fabric they did not get back to me or replied to my email and have said they can no longer help as they do not do business with Luxflex anymore. Customer service quite appalling, they never get back to me when they say they would.
I have used A J S blinds for all my blinds and it has been a real pleasure and I highly recommend them. We have been really happy with all the blinds they have supplied and fitted and the service by Jane and Andy has been fantastic from start to finish and I will definitely use them again for any more blinds. Please support your local businesses.
