Was on 30 day for 15 years. Saw Max and nearly ten years later have not had a single cigarette, totally changed and probably saved my life. You still need to be vigilant and work on not slipping back and at times it can be hard for the 1st month. I highly recommend Max. If you are serious about quitting and do what he says then you have an excellent chance of quitting for good.
Max cured me of being an addicted long term smoker after just one session! I don’t know how he did it but I just went into his hypnotherapy spell and have quit now for years… the thought of ever smoking again makes me feel sick. I am so grateful to Max, my health and mind are too. Thank you Max. I’ve also recomended friends who he’s helped quit and they are so happy with the results too! I recommend him to anyone who needs a helping hand with addiction issues. It works.

Have always been bit sceptical about hypnotherapy, however after working with Max I definitely saw positive changes. I have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for a while and after few seasons I can see great improvement. Haven’t had a panic attack since I finished my last session a while ago. Max has a very personal and caring approach which puts you at ease to talk about very personal problems and concerns. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Hi -would like to let you know I read this book and did the little lessons set out .after years and a very bad 4 months I started to read to my amazement I actually felt that all my feelings of crippling anxiety left me after suffering for a bad 4 months I can honestly say it really has helped me and I feel myself.dont get me wrong you have to believe and follow the read which I did and suddenly after I feel Bach to myself,I wanted to share this because if it worked for me then you could try ..thanks max you helped me when I had nobody
I saw Max to stop smoking. I was a little sceptical, as I had hypnotherapy many years ago which clearly didn't work. However, I found my session with Max extremely easy and informative. I was there for 4 hours 2.5 hours was talking about why I smoke, my triggers, people around me who also smoke, stress factors etc. During the actual hypnotherapy, I know I could hear him as he asked me a couple of times 'to nod if you can hear me'. So I knew I wasn't asleep! I am now 4 months smoke free. I don't think about it. I work at home, alone all day, and I never get the 'cravings' at all, I don't miss it and I just don't think about it. It is literally like I have never smoked I was a 20-a-day smoker for over 30 years. I don't have any feelings towards being around smokers, it doesn't bother me. It's absolutely changed my life. But, here's the thing. I was absolutely ready to quit. I wanted to be a non-smoker. Which I think is a massive part of the hypnosis working. Thank you Max. Bravo.
Went for help with insomnia. Max was late for the appointment he’d been shopping for pet food he explained jovially. The 3 hour long session consisted of him asking me a few questions about my condition but mainly him chatting about himself, his youth, current affairs, etc... He did a 10 mins session of hypnotherapy which was very relaxing. He then just shared all his audio recordings for me to listen to at night. Problem is, I was so irritated by the exorbitant price and lack of anything concrete well, he gave me some ear plugs that I get instantly irritated by his voice when I try to listen to the recordings. Even when I did listen to them, they didn’t help… Nothing felt professional about this session - he’s clearly a Marmite person as some people seem to like his style. Spend your money on a lovely spa day, you’ll feel far more relaxed!
As a heavy smoker and just turned 40 I decided I needed to stop. A great freind suggested Max and the next thing I knew I was there. I haven’t smoked since…. This is not a miracle cure, after a few weeks although I had not smoked I still wanted to. Went back to so Max and made a big difference. There is no BS, Max has been there, done it and understands what you are feeling and thinking.
I don’t usually write reviews but this is the one person who literally changed my life and of my friends who I referred to him. Max first helped me stop smoking I was 26 years old and smoking 40 cigarettes a day!, then helped with my insomnia and gave me extremely valuable motivational and business advice. The amount of life experience, empathy and talent this man invests in his job makes him second to none. I cannot think of one person who wouldn’t benefit from a session with Max! Thank you for everything !!!
It was great to meet Max, he empowered the start of my mission, quit 30 years of smoking. If you’re not sure how he can help you, just leave it to him to decide, he’s a great strategist. Now it’s 3 weeks and it’s going very well. I must also add that he’s a great company to spend time together.
