Adam is a miracle worker. Adam is a genius. This man definitely knows his art. I was suffering from severe anxiety. I had health anxiety which affected my day to day life. I thought and imagined something bad happening to me. After the session with Adam, I felt new. I was in panic mode when I left home for therapy because I had to take the train to the session but after session I noticed the fear just vanished. How? It has been such a life-changing experience working with Adam. I attended my first hypnotherapy session with him at his London clinic just a few months ago. So many things in my world seemed to be unravelling and falling apart - including my mental health - and I was feeling very much in need of help to get into a clear and positive mindset for the next steps on my journey. Naturally I was nervous but also filled with a sense of hope to try and turn things around for the good. Adam put me at ease from the telephone consultation we had before I met him in person, and then I felt reassured I could be open with him at our first meeting. He listened so well to my answers to his questions and helped me to bring into focus what it was that I wished for most to improve in my life. His response to my state of mind and desire for change was full of compassion, empathy as well as being professional and assuring me that I’d come to the right place. Adam then began the hypnotherapy session tailored especially to my needs. It was an emotional experience, which he said was expected, and I felt a little out of sorts for a day or two afterwards. During this time he stayed in touch and was able to assure me of any worries I had. Since the session, so many wonderful things have happened in my life, and I feel sure that Adam’s treatment has everything to do with transforming my outlook and engagement with the world. From regular exercise, healthy eating and weight loss, having more energy, love and appreciation of the small things in life, to new friendships, involvement in the community, improved relationships with family, having a better social life, enjoying public speaking and fulfilling creative dreams, and generally having more fun, I am in awe of the changes Adam has helped me to make and I am looking forward to continuing on this new and exciting path all very much thanks to him. Without a shadow of doubt Adam has turned my life around! I was really ‘stuck’ after years of caring for my ill husband and elderly parents and then an obnoxious relationship thrown in for good measure. I was sad and low every morning, my self worth was rock bottom, I was eating really badly and too much and had become best friends with Prosecco! Thankfully I found Adam who turned that around for me. I now have a spring in my step, I’ve lost nearly a stone in 3 weeks and I’ve severed my tie with my old friend Prosecco - I haven’t even thought about it once since I saw Adam. I had the luck of bumping into Adam and learning of his work, the exact day that I had a presentation to deliver. He let me know his credentials, and a mere 5 minute conversation with him whilst running his errands genuinely helped me to smash it, with multiple people notifying me of the quality of my public speaking. If I could gain this much insight from him in a short conversation on the street, I can only imagine how beneficial his sessions could be! Definitely a worthwhile investment even for every-day conversations and rapport building skills, as well as public speaking! It is rare to find people nowadays that genuinely want to see people succeed without profiting off them, and Adam’s sincerity coupled with charisma was noticed immediately. Thank you so much Adam
