U wish there was an option not to give any stars! Incredibly bad customer service,bought one pack of the Simplicity patterns,well the lady who served me was polite and friendly,went thru the sizing,told me I need 1,80 metres of the fabric I needed,paid and went home (I don't live in Ormskirk) only to find out I was given the wrong pack that does not include my size.. and also apparently she was looking at the American measurements on the left hand side of the pack so..I got too much fabric and patterns I cannot use. Went to the shop today,two other ladies serving,they told me they don't take patterns back,it's like it's my fault I was given the wrong one..Told them about the wrong measurements 'ah it's only like 10 centimetres difference'  .well,I pay for them and for the bus ticket to get to the shop.And I only wanted to exchange that for the correct patern..They said I can try and call Simplicity ..and then what,I didn't buy it from them but from this shop. So at the end I have too much fabric (it's not only 10cm) a patern I cannot use and I spent 10'60 on the bus only to be met by such rudeness. I don't usually shop in places where you don't get a proper receipt but something that only gives you the total amount you paid,it doesn't actually say what you have bought, and that's a lesson I've learned the hard way. Never going back! And I was to buy few more things today but someone else will be lucky to get my money.
