Wow!!!! Firstly I placed my order on Saturday morning and had my new mattress before lunch on Sunday!!! And my old mattress was taken away at a very reasonable price too, so no hassle there. Brilliant user friendly website. I ordered a Silentnight mattress and I basically can’t wait to go to bed, because it’s so comfortable!!!! I couldn’t recommend MattressOnline.co.uk highly enough. Sweet dreams. X
The service we received from MattressOnline from start to finish was 5 star. The mattress was easy to order with ample information so that we could choose the right one for us. It was very reasonably priced and very easy to order. The lady over the phone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Answering all my questions. The mattress arrived very quickly when we were told that it would arrive. The delivery drivers went above and beyond to help. Perfect service. The mattress is even better than we hoped. We would highly recommend MattressOnline and would definitely use them again
Superb service. I ordered less than an hour before the 4pm next day deadline and my mattress arrived the following morning. I have already left a 5 star review for the delivery panther who were first class. We have now spent 2 nights on the mattress and are extremely happy with it. I have bought from mattress online before which was why I was confident of good service. Highly recommend them.
I ordered an adjustable bed mattress on Monday night after 21.00 and it arrived early morning on Wednesday. Brilliant service delivery men were lovely. The sleepeezee cool gel mattress feels and looks good quality. I will let you know comfort when I’ve slept on it! They offer a 60 night trial as well which is welcomed as you obviously can’t try it if you have ordered it online. I am pretty confident it will be fine. I would and will be using this company again in the near future. If I do need to change it after the comfort test I will let you know how that goes separately but hopefully I will have no problems with it.
I went online s on Friday afternoon and bought a mattress at a great reduced price for Saturday delivery. I was given a 2-hour delivery window within hours of buying the mattress and a very useful delivery tracking link. The delivery was just 15 minutes out of its time window due to unexpectedly heavy traffic. Very friendly and helpful driver. 10 out 10 service
Very speedy delivery. I was given a delivery eta of 14:26 & 16:26 and it arrived at around 15:00. They even took it up to the 1st floor for me without me asking, they just offered! Brilliant Service. The mattress itself arrived in perfect condition. It seems to be excellent quality, but as it is for my guest room I've not slept on it, but I'm sure any guests who sleep on it will be over the moon.
The service from the guys at Mattress online was excellent. Delivery was with in the 2-hour window, and the driver even rang to say he was 20 mins away. The delivery guys carried the mattresses upstairs to the relevant rooms and unpacked them before placing them on the beds. I paid the extra to have my old mattresses removed which they did. I suppose if I had any negative comment, it would be that they didn’t take away the plastic wrapping. Overall very happy with my experience.
Great service!! We urgently needed a new mattress so we went on the website honestly wasn’t expecting much cause I thought it would be too good to be true. Anyway, we ordered the mattress and it came the next day. We got our old mattress taken away too. Great communication from the team - I received a text giving me a time slot as well as a phone call from one of the delivery men to say they would be around 45 minutes. The mattress itself is so comfortable which is surprising for the price we paid - great value for money!!
Slick ordering with the option to delay delivery until closer to Christmas which was appreciated. Delivery information was good. Mattress is great quality and my daughter loves it. ‘Most comfortable bed ever!’ in her words.
Amazed with this company. Mattress was recommended to be by someone who paid £500. I found the same with this company £140 cheaper so expected issues. Not what happened. Delivered in 2 days, not the 12 days others require. Delivery company were polite, helpful and punctual. And the mattress is perfect too. Cannot fault anyone in the process 10/10 Thank you for being truly awesome
