At Mattress Medics - with factory outlets in Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Newbury - we have 20 years of experience in the bed and mattress industry, so if there’s one thing we know about, it’s beds!

Needed an ottoman and new mattress for my new flat. Ellie in the Aylesbury showroom was wonderful. Nothing was a problem. We went through the various options. I took delivery end of April of ottoman and new mattress. The team who installed the bed were quick, efficient and just very nice people. I am having the best night's sleep ever. Excellent product, at a good price. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.
Visited before New year's and got the best service. I had an injury and they had so much patience as I tried a few mattresses. In the end they knew exactly what would be good for me, got it, I tried it, I loved it. Been using it over a month now and it's great. I was recommended by my mum and will certainly recommend to anyone!
Fantastic range of products just ask if you can't see it. British made quality products. I have just brought a mattress for my dad King size 1500 pocket springs natural fillings lovey reinforced Edge to help him get in and out. Possibly a custom higher divan next. It was half the price of dreams or carpet right beds. It's being made for him and will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. And its an NBF national Bed federation mattresses. Really excited for him.. This is by far the best place to buy a matress. There was a show room so you could try before you buy, a very helpful and knowledgable assistant, Matthew, gave good advice on the options, the prices were very good, they manufacture and sell directly to the public, they deliver, the quality is excellent from budget to best. Highly recommended.
So happy with the beds we have bought here! We have bought 2 beds with storage underneath a head board and a mattress- all items have been great quality and really sturdy. Way better than a bed I bought on Wayfair some time back for the same price I wish I had discovered them earlier!

Purchased my superking mattress here a few months ago and it's been fabulous. I'm so glad I didn't go with Dreams. Came to this shop on a whim because of the high number of good reviews and I'm so glad I did. The salesman was superb and very knowledgeable about the mattresses they had. He helped pick the ideal mattress to satisfy both my wife and I, which is no mean feat as she likes firm whereas I'm a medium guy. We will definitely get our next mattress from here. Great mattress at a superb price. Delivery was also great and they even brought it to the bedroom instead of having me do it.
Very good service and polite staff
I recently purchased a king size divan base with a Wheatcroft mattress. After trying ALL of the bed shops, Mattress Medics was by the far best! This was not only due to their competitive prices but also due to the variety and high quality of mattress brands they have. Ellie at the Milton Keynes store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From when I ordered my bed it was delivered 2 weeks later on my chosen date . This is a very fast turnaround time, some other retailers say it takes up to 6 weeks to get a new bed. I can't recommend Mattress Medics highly enough, it is worth the drive to go here, you won't regret it!
