I'd say that I'm pretty confident that the majority of asian goods can be found here. They are also reasonably priced with exceptional quality. Spacious parking lot and easy to find as well. Most of the staff are Mandarin speakers, but they are fluent in English too. One of the cons, though, is that they don't voluntarily provide receipts.
A Chinese supermarket in Glasgow. Many might find it surprising that there are a few. The customers are mostly local Chinese. The shelves are crammed with Oriental products. I was seeking rice bowls, chopsticks and rice spoons. Purchased 4 bowls, 2 spoons and chopsticks. Price £22. Delighted. And, an excellent present for a dear friend. They took credit cards.
The sausages in the freezer have molds in them. I took it to the cashier but she didn't care she said they already asked their supplier about it and it was normal and just the wrapper's colouring. It was never like that when we buy those before multiple times. I think it was not stored properly. It's really disgusting and disappointing how negligent of them to still sell those.
I'm in here every other day, I'm a noodle and tea freak and they have a fantastic variety, making my way through all of them, lovely staff, very helpful, better prices than most supermarkets, bowls chop sticks, utensils and more, definitely worth your time to drop in, if it's good enough for the local Chinese people it's absolutely where you want to go. They also sell dumplings and other goodies I can't pronounce
Visited the store this morning. Got talking to a nice employee who was checking on a car that had been illegally parked. Very nice guy. When he went back into the store, he returned with 3 beautiful calendars as a kind gesture. Please make sure that very nice man knows I appreciated such a nice gesture.
Affordable and amazing range of oriental products. All kinds of noodles and soy sauce, plus bao buns, rolls, fruit, nuts, so much for your cupboards. Nice section with ceramic plates too.
The worst Asian supermarket in Glasgow. Prices are expensive while the quality of the goods is terrible. Food is not fresh. Some ingredients are handled particularly poorly. Most notably rude disgusting staff. Not only do they not offer any help, they yell and even push customers. Then there are the stinky-faced cashiers who treat customers at the checkout like they're collecting a debt. Go visit other similar Asian markets, this place will do nothing but ruin your good mood for the whole day.
Popped in on a whim for a browse, decent Asian supermarket with a fantastic variety of stock. Plenty of parking. Spent £25 on random items
Great selection and very welcoming. Will be back again!
I didn't know this place was here. I used to shop at Seewoo and miss that. Great wee market/shop, with foods you wouldn't get at normal supermarkets
