Awful agents, went to view a property (with Ollie) and the agent didn't show any interest in showing me around the property. He appeared to be waiting for his "favourites". Common courtesy and respect to viewers would be good. I wouldn't sell or buy anything with these guys, they obviously have some people that they put in a preferential position...one would question why ?. No acknowledgement or response received to offers made, all emails were simply  ignored. Very unusual and I personally would have many doubts about what they are doing behind closed doors. Very unprofessional service and would appear rather dodgy and rude! Avoid!!

After several years of searching we eventually found the right place to buy, Matthew Swing & Partners was very helpful and professional throughout the process not like some other big estate agent that we had horrible experience in past ..

Recently sold my house through these guys and MUST say they were the only agent that were COMPLETELY honest with me from day one and made the transaction as easy as possible.
would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone who wants a NO!! nonsense estate agent.

First time on using them. Took afternoon off work to view a property. No show. Called them and he said he'd been trying to call me all day and couldn't get hold of me. Have had phone on all day and had numerous calls from others. Also had voicemail on and no message left. Won't use again!
