You feel at ease when you first meet Matt...such a genuine person and enjoys his job a good sign of being a good physio. He communicates and connects to your problems, he is honest about your injuries giving you the facts and will endeavour to get you back on track. For me personally, it will take a while from a shoulder arthroscopy but i have confidence in his knowledge and skill to get me back to my yoga!. Like he said...' you have to feel it to Heal it'
