Great local DIY store.
Really helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. 
Been in with a problem and given me a solution I had never thought of. 
Eg. Needed a washer for toilet inlet pipe, didn't know the required size - take the pack, bring the others back and will refund you. Cost 12p!
Hired carpet cleaner for the day, brought it back early refunded me for half a day, didn't even ask.

Good place to pick up DIY things when in a hurry. More expensive than big brand stores but convenient.
