The staff in this shop are really lovely, always willing to help. Specifically the woman on the tills with red hair she is so lovely and chatty, she always brightens up my day. The shop is nice not too busy and they don’t play music which I find just makes a nicer atmosphere. The only criticism is that some week the regular things I purchase aren’t stocked but I don think this is a store issue but more of a stocking issue, but I’m not particularly fussed by it because there is always an alternative.
The staff are amazing. Eden in particular is a sweetheart. She knew we were moving house and offered to collect somenBoxes for us. She asked me to come at the end of the day and had a massive pallet full of boxes. Thanks so much she is so thoughtful and caring. She always shows interest in customers and is so friendly
I shop here every week. I always receive outstanding customer service, all the staff are friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t do my weekly shop anywhere else!
Best Aldi store by miles. Friendly staff, modern and well laid out aisles with plenty of space to move, unlike many older Aldi converted stores in the area.
Love this Aldi. Staff are amazing and fantastic produce. Wanted to buy a 2kg bag of apples but thought the bag seemed lightweight. Unfortunately a member of staff very politely explained that there is no where to weigh items.nDoes Aldi in Germany provide scales for customers? YesnDoes Aldi in France provide scales for customers? YesnEtc etc.nIn our country the customer is not protected. Such a shame.
