I used to come here all the time but won’t be anymore. I came in with my 18 month old to get him some new pyjamas, I live local. He picked some dinosaur ones that were so cute and he was roaring at them. Put them in my basket and headed to the till and picked up a bottle of cleaning spray that I put in my basket at the till When I got to the self checkout i noticed it had leaked all over the pyjamas.. I informed the lady on the till who wasn’t sure what to do and got another lady over who was extremely rude. She said why don’t you go and get another set of pyjamas to which I said I’m not sure if there’s any more in that size. So I dragged my toddler across the store to have a look which there wasn’t any more came back to the till to tell both staff there were no more in that size and the lady was just like well you’re best leaving it then aren’t you.. so I was like can you not check if there are any more in the back? She was like I doubt it but I can check - asked another staff member who said no there’s not. Nobody even went to have a look. The customer service was disgusting and non existent. There was not once an apology from anyone, no one even offered to help or go and look for another size or get me an alternative.. I was expected to do everything when in fact it was the stores fault that the lid wasn’t on properly, my phone and keys were also in the basket which the disinfectant spray had leaked on but I didn’t say anything. As I was leaving the lady said you can get another set of pyjamas.. obviously I didn’t want to as my son liked those. I worked in retail years ago and would never dream of treating a customer like this. There was not once a solution to rectify the issue and no apology. The store was empty and there were 2 staff members that could’ve helped but didn’t. The other option they could’ve given was to discount the item and I could go home and put it through the wash but that wasn’t presented as an option.nnI won’t be back. But I would like to say how amazing the security guard is that works there though. He treats customers amazing and is so friendly, genuine and goes above and beyond. Like I said I’m a regular customer.. extremely appalled.

It's been sometime since I last visited but after being told by my father that the stock was much better quality, then I thought it was worth a visit. Well what a surprise and after popping in for some underwear, we came out with underwear, trousers, shirts, a bath robe and a pullover, all for £104. Very happy.
Great section for men, makes a nice change from most shops you see nowadays. Always clean, can usually get straight in fitting rooms and staff are efficient. Decent shop with lots of sizes
