Large out of town store, with ample free parking. Large clothes section for all, including kids and newborns. Extensive homeware.nSmaller kids toys & celebration card section.
One thing I have noticed since moving up to Preston is how friendly people are and staff in shops you go in, Matalan was no exception, very helpful and friendly staff.
It's a big store, lots of different sections, it has a big car park, and there is an open changing room you can use.nnWhether it's busy or not so much it's a guarantee you will always have a bit of a wait at the tills.
Very unhelpful, rude and terrible staff. High prices.nVery dodgy the way they put offers on as one item is on offer, next one isn’t, one after that is and so on. Complained but didn’t receive any update or reply
They need to get someone with a brush out in the car park and goods in area, rubbish everywhere and it's been there a long time. In retail outside is as important as inside.
